Little earthquakes

For the record, my second earthquake in Bucharest, at the eighth floor took place today, Saturday, 25 April, around 8:20 pm.
Vodafone was subsequently quasi-down for a couple of minutes.
Carry on.
Orange was no better! I know nothing bad happened, but there were quite a few people who were scared as sh&*% and I wanted to talk to them. I wonder in the case of more devastating earthquakes what is there to be done. Surprisingly enough, the Internet connection was stable. As was 3g. Which is somehow funny, because I usually have no issue with phone signals and conversely I do have a lot of issues with 3g.
