    If I were you, I would have taken the part with “big, rich and ripe, great with steak and pasta. unpretentious. intense”. I still have to work a bit on the big and rich, the rest I’ve pretty much settled.

    Can I only listen to the wine? Or listening assumes drinking the wine (as in you can only hear the wine speaking to you only if the wine speaks from inside you…or from your in insides, for that matter)? I am trying to asses the necessity of deactivating my “no alchohol” option in order to be able to listen to the wine!
